Choline dihydrogen phosphate-based deep eutectic solvent: A suitable bioplatform for lipase extraction

In this work, we have demonstrated the suitability of a novel Deep Eutectic Solvent (DES) composed cholinium dihydrogen phosphate and ethylene glycol at molar ratio 1:2 (ChDHP:EG) to extract Candida antarctica lipase B from aqueous solutions non-ionic surfactants Triton X-100 Tween 80. The binodal curves were firstly explored temperatures between 298.15 333.15 K experimental data correlated by means empirical models based on exponential polynomial equations. tie-lines been ascertained density refractive indices measurement, Othmer-Tobias, Bancroft Setschenow equations proposed correlate these data. 80-based Aqueous Biphasic System was avoid any deleterious effect biocatalytic activity, more than 80% enzyme activity retained DES-rich phase, which proves platforms be employed in downstream stages production processes.
